يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا إِنْ جَاءَكُمْ فَاسِقٌ بِنَبَإٍ فَتَبَيَّنُوا أَنْ تُصِيبُوا قَوْمًا بِجَهَالَةٍ فَتُصْبِحُوا عَلَىٰ مَا فَعَلْتُمْ نَادِمِينَ
O you who have believed, if a disobedient one comes to you with information, verify it — lest you harm a people in ignorance and become regretful over what you have done.
This ayah grounds the platform's first principle: tabayyun — verify before acting. We never publish a need on someone's word alone.

Need
The hardship is reviewed through documents, calls, references, or a visit.
Proof
Bills, prescriptions, fee slips — what's relevant is reviewed and kept private.
Risk review
Missing proof, inconsistencies, or misuse signals are flagged before publication.
Audit-logged publication
Every publication is recorded in the public audit log with the admin's name and timestamp. Anyone can read the log.
